Derya Tarim
Derya Tarım is a producer and co‑founder of Lacivert Film, bringing over two decades of experience in managing high‑impact Turkish feature films, documentaries, and branded content. Since 2008, she has overseen award-winning productions—including Circle—in collaboration with leading international platforms and festivals. Derya has also completed major international documentary projects such as Singled Out, a Turkey-Spain co-production supported by Eurimages, and is currently working on A Humanist Genius, a biographical documentary on world-renowned neurosurgeon Gazi YaÅŸargil.

Beginning her career in corporate and television project coordination, she transitioned into producing and advisory roles with UNDP and cultural broadcasters like TRT 2. Tarım has participated in global co‑production initiatives such as WEMW (Trieste), Meeting on the Bridge, the EEFA Network and Karlovy Vary WIP selection
In partnership with Atıl Ä°naç, she leads production strategy and logistics for vertical dramas and international feature projects. Known for operational excellence and creative foresight, Derya ensures that ambitious storytelling aligns with global standards and market potential. She is a board member of Producer Guild of Turkey.
